Temples or Worship places for Eternal human souls
The temples are the residing places of the gods. First, we must understand the difference between the gods (eternal human souls) and the free-roaming cosmic energy particles. Humans often confuse themselves in this aspect, and many propagate that god is everywhere, and they do not need temples. Those who want to worship the gods constructed the temples where the eternal human souls reside and bless. But, to worship the cosmic energy, we do not need any specific worship places as cosmic energy exists everywhere.
Every temple or worship place is a cosmic energy accumulation center on earth. The purpose of the temples is to accumulate tremendous cosmic energies in one place and make them vibrate, similar to some godly souls’ energy. Energy accumulation is achieved by performing various energizing rituals inside the temple premises. By chanting mantras, specific cosmic energies from the cosmos are attracted to come inside the place of worship. Those accumulated cosmic energies are controlled and handled adequately for the benefit of humanity by an expert cosmic energy controller or cosmic energy handler who is referred to as God.
Essential facilities needed in the temple for the gods
Temple is a residing place for the godly souls (Eternal human souls). A commoner has specific basic needs such as a house with a kitchen, a dining place, a bathing place, a bedroom to sleep in, a hall to meet visitors and offer them beverages and snacks, entertainment, and financial independence. The gods were once humans, and their souls are eternal human souls. When the gods are invited to reside in the temples, their souls need all such facilities as humans need to live there. But the facilities for the gods should be a little superior to a commoner’s requirements.
The god’s soul energy particles stick together due to their mind-power. The gods can control the cosmic energies roaming around them by their mental powers, and they can use the same blessings as divine energy. The gods mandatorily require the following basic facilities for their permanent stay in temples. As the gods are in soul energy form, each facility and residence in their temples must be energized naturally and through rituals. These cosmic energy facilities comprise the following:
- A place like a house to accumulate cosmic energy from the cosmos and other internal facilities – known as a Temple or worship place
- A place to energize themselves as food – Agni puja and Agni Homa Kund
- Tools to convert the cosmic energies into specific divine energy vibrations- Mantras and Yantras
- To store those divine energies for blessing the devotees- energized Moolasthanam
- A place to meet the devotees – A worship hall in front of moolasthanam and idol.
- A place to prepare their food – Madapalli (Temple’s kitchen)
- A place to eat the food – proper dining table in the Madapalli or palliyarai
- A place to bathe – Sacred pond/well water facility/ via Abhishekam over the idols
- A place to take rest and increase their souls’ energy – Palliyarai (bedroom)
- A place with fragrant and pure air to energize themselves and reside in a naturally calm environment– Nandavanam / temple garden. Trees in the surroundings can create a chilled atmosphere.
- Assistants for a robust blessing process – Parivar gods (Retinue gods) support the main moolasthanam god and protect the temple premises from evil forces.
- A place to accommodate the assistants (like staff quarters) - Small Garba-grihas for the Parivar Gods and their palliyarai.
- To attract and get a continuous supply of cosmic energy from the sky- Gopura kalasams and moolasthanam kalasams.
- To indicate the gods’ ruling cosmic zone under his control – Dhwaja stambham
- A place to serve food to visitors – Annadhanam (free food serving) for devotees.
- Provision for financial resources – Wealthy men offered land and wealth to the temples. In addition, devotees contribute to Hundis and other donations.
- Family members in a house – Highly skilled god or Prime god of a temple resides in the moolasthanam. Under the moolasthanam god, various other Parivar gods and protective gods form a divine retinue / divine family. They all together bless the devotees with their different cosmic skills. A big house can accommodate many family members. Similarly, an enormous temple can accommodate many godly souls subject to several Palliyarai (bedroom) facilities.
- Security - Protective gods help protect a temple/worship place, and they can destroy/stop the entry of bad souls/ghosts / evil forms of cosmic energies, etc.
